Lost or Stolen Packages
At Arleth Boutique, we take the security and satisfaction of our customers seriously. We understand that sometimes, packages can be lost or stolen during transit, and we want to make sure you're aware of how we handle such situations. Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, it is considered the responsibility of the recipient. We strongly recommend taking steps to secure your package upon delivery. If you believe your package has been stolen, please report the incident to your local authorities and then contact us. While we cannot replace stolen items, we will provide guidance on filing a claim with the carrier or insurance provider if applicable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
